The apartment is ideally located in a young and fashionable part of the city with plenty of good bars and restaurants. It is spotlessly clean and well equipped for a great stay. Sandro is a great communicator and made everything easy from booking us a taxi for our airport arrival to having a place for us for to leave our bags for a few hours after checkout.

Alessandro's place was very nice. The location is optimal for exploring the quircky Gracia neighborhood with lots of great cozy bars and restaurants around. The place is very spacious and clean and airy. The apartment felt like a wonderful welcome after a day of touring Barcelona, and the room attached to the master bedroom was optimal for putting a jet-lagged toddler to sleep.

Lovely place! Located in Gràcia, close to grocery stores as well as Metro. We loved staying here! Sandro and his staff were quick in their response and provided lots of suggestions on activities etc. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Barcelona.

This place is quintessential Barcelona, and he is an exceptional host! From airport transportation to local insights, he was available throughout our trip and made our Barcelona experience wonderful. The balcony overlooking the street makes the flat absolutely charming, and Vila de Gracia is a great neighbhorhood with several great bars and restaurants nearby. The rest of the city is also very accessible. My friends and I cannot recommend this place enough!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alessandro’s apartment. ‘Sandro was on time to meet us for check in and was very friendly with good English. He provided us with a booklet which included a map and recommendations for eating out as well as two city maps and two sets of keys for the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and although small, was well suited for us four adults. One thing to mention is that one of the single rooms is off the double room so one has to walk through the double to get to their bedroom. This wasn’t a massive issue to us but may be for some people. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The apartment was well equiped for self-catering but the local area had so many eateries that we never really cooked. Gracia is a wonderful neighbourhood which felt very safe, even at night. There were so many quirky shops, bakeries and fresh fruit stalls that we were spoiled for choice when shopping. There are also two metro stop within 5 minutes walking distance which is handy. I would recommend that if you are a light sleeper you bring some ear plugs, as with being in an apartment block you can sometimes hear the neighbours coming and going, and there is a restaurant downstairs who’s music you can hear late at night. All in all we had a great time. This was my first experience booking through ZENBCN and I have been very impressed with the service provided by our host. Thank you Alessandro!

Sandro was a perfect host, greeting us and showing us around the apartment, centrally located on a charming, small quiet street when we arrived in Barcelona. My family and I enjoyed our time there and would return again. The apartment was beautifully decorated with modern touches and nice art, comfortable beds and linens. A perfect location from which to explore Barcelona, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby for meals at any hour.

A bright pleasant space in a cute, lively street in Gracia that felt somewhat less tourist-saturated than a lot of other spots around Barcelona. The apartment is roomy and well-kept. As a host, Sandro was friendly, responsive, and helpful - we checked in way early and he let us keep our luggage in his office a few blocks from the apartment. Recommend.

The location was great and the apartment was clean and very comfortable. This apartment is in the center of the Gracia and an easy walk to many locations, which I think is a better way to see the city. In the apartment there was a wonderful little desk nook which made me want to write a novel. The kitchen and living room were really comfortable and Sandro left coffee, sugar, etc which was helpful. Our family of 4 couldn't have been happier. The photos are true to the location.

This place is very comfortably furnished and has a very well equipped kitchen. Quality bedding and comfortable beds. Just to note one of the bedrooms is an annex off the master bedroom which didn't totally suit as we were travelling with our daughter and her partner. Great if you have young children. Apart from that it was a very nice apartment in a great location and I would recommend. Alessandro is very easy to deal with

We stayed in this ZEN place 3 days. Everything about the apartment is great- it is super clean and very well maintained. bedsheets and towels are of good quality, beds are comfortable, kitchen is very well equipped - it has absolutely EVERYTHING. The location is perfect- it's quiet but quite central - 20 min walking distance from La Sagrada Familia and Passeig we Gracia. The neighbourhood is very pleasant.. Sandro is a great host and communication with him was very easy. Definitely will stay there again and will recommend to my friends.

Sandro was an amazing host and the location exceeded our expectations. Sandro also coordinated airport pickup and drop off plus luggage storage for us. It was a breeze and we also quickly learned how to get around the city using the metro and purchasing a T10 ticket for our family of 4. After visiting all the sights in the city we were always thankful to come back to the flat and enjoyed many of the local markets, pastrie shops and restaurants. Our favorites were the neighborhood market for jamon, cheese, fruit, olives, and anchovies, Le Rabipelè and El Glop for dinner, Mamas Cafe a few doors down for a burger and Pastisseria Principe for their rosewater pastry. Don't forget to grab a bottle of local cava to enjoy in the flat as well. The washer and clothesline were appreciated and used frequently. We felt safe in the neighborhood and most of the local vendors or restaurants had someone that spoke some English which made it easier to communicate with our broken Spanish. We would not hesitate to stay here next time if we are lucky enough to visit Barcelona again in the future. Merci Sandro!

Sandro was the perfect host, prompt communications, he answered all our questions. When we arrived at the apartment, I was a bit apprehensive because the front of the building is quite old, and the entrance and stairs were narrow. But, the apartment was exactly as pictured, spacious (very comfortable for two people), and very quiet at night. Sandro's recommendations for local restaurants were spot-on. We went to all but one, and had great meals at each one. The fresh foods market down the street is fabulous, and if not for the great restaurants in the neighborhood, I was tempted to buy some of the wonderful veggies and seafood to cook at home. BTW, Mama's Cafe next door is a great little find for morning coffee, pastries, mini sandwich, or egg dishes. On our next trip to Barcelona, we will definitely stay at this apartment again.

The place is well- decorated and comfortable. The neighborhood is charming--close to a market, plazas, and several small shops and restaurants. It is walking distance to two metro stations that are in the same line as those of tourist spots. Sandro was very accommodating and he responded quickly to our inquiries

Gracia is definitely one of the best areas to stay when in Barcelona and this Zen place should be on the top of the list. Comfortable, clean and everything you need in a newly renovated apartment in the heart of beautiful Gracia. There is a wonderful markets nearby, restaurants, shops and many open air plaça's to dine on wine and tapas. After big days of sightseeing in Barcelona (on foot or via the 2 convenient metro stations) it is so nice to come back to unwind in the relaxing atmosphere that Gracia and Alessandro's accomodation offers. Alessandro is a great host and provided any and all information that we needed before and during the holiday. The shuttle service option was very convenient getting to and from the airport. Highly recommended!

Alessandro went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. Was incredibly organized and generously offered his thoughts on local establishments we would not have otherwise known. Apartment was great and centrally located on a quiet block. We could access food, shopping and nightlife easily before retreating to a comfortable night's sleep.

Our family of three stayed here for six nights. Perfect set up. We were met right on time and given an orientation of the apartment and tips on the surrounding area. Kitchen has everything you need.

via dell'ufficio di Alessandro, a due passi dalla casa. Siamo stati benissimo (vorrei precisare che siamo una famiglia con due bambini di 11 e 9 anni) e consiglieremmo questa casa a chiunque. Se
andate a Barcellona in auto, il parking Joanic (nella piazza dove ferma la metro) fa tariffe favorevoli per lunga sosta (60€ per 5 notti). Gracias Alessandro! -

Right from the beginning service has been in top. We knew we would land very late but that was no problem. Also they helped us getting transportation smoothly into the city from the airport. The
apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, close to metro station. The internet is reliable and fast, and we got a lot of tips about where to go eat. Great kitchen and bathroom, and a
good night sleep where acquired in the beds. I can highly recommend this room if you wanna go to Barcelona -
Ordered airport pick up and they were there waiting for us - easy. The neighborhood is great - plenty of places to eat, drink and buy food/supplies within a minute or two of the place. The apartment
is clean and good sized. We had one slight problem and alerted Alessandro and he immediately took care of the issue. We were two adults and a 9 year old child and we would highly recommend this place

Our stay in Barcelona was terrific and much of it thanks to Sandro and the apartment. Location is terrific. Can't ask for better with a market place two corners away, plenty of affordable
restaurants, nice shops (great if you like organics) and even a cinema down the street. Facilities provided the opportunity to cook our own meals from fresh produce bought at the market. Walking down
Passeig Gracia to Rambla is easy and delightful. Sandro offers pick-up and delivery to the airport at competitive rates - much appreciated. Will certainly repeat our stay with Zen apartments. -
I stayed at the apartment together with my family and we really enjoyed it :-) The flat is nice and cozy. You will find everything you need there. Additionally, the bedrooms are quiet so you can
enjoy a restful sleep. Lastly, the Gracia area is amazing and definitely preferable over Eixample ;-P Sandro welcomed us warmly and was helpful at all times. I recommend this place to everyone coming

Wir sind als Familie nach Barcelona gereist (Kinder 11+12Jahre). Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse und genau so, wie beschrieben. Es ist eine Altbauwohnung, die mit viel ästhetischem
Gespühr renoviert wurde. Die Wohnung wird ausschliesslich als Ferienwohnung vermietet und ist entsprechend eingerichtet. Nach vorne, im Wohnzimmer, ist es Abends laut, denn es ist ein sehr lebendiges
Quartier. Wir haben das aber sehr geschätzt. Im Quartier Gracia haben wir uns schnell zu Hause gefühlt. Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich. Die Metrostation ist nah und so alles ohne Probleme
erreichbar.Die Schlafzimmer gegen den Hinterhof sind erstaunlich ruhig. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Übergabe hat bestens geklappt. Wir würden ohne zu zögern das Angebot von Sandro
weiterempfehlen. -

Everything went without a hitch!! Sandro had made arrangements for us to be picked up at the airport, which was perfect!! The apartment was exactly as his ad and pictures indicate! We loved the
neighborhood we were in, and were literally able to walk everywhere!! ....great way to see the city and get a feel for the different parts of town. We (my son, daughter and myself) usually started
the day by going downstairs to Mama's Cafe for coffee and delicious breakfast (my favorite was the sautéed spinach,gruyere cheese sandwich!!) my kids loved the omelettes with classic spanish tomato
bread!! and the pancakes were a big hit as well!! There is also a wonderful food market at the end of street (about 200ft) that will meet all your needs (fresh eggs, produce,fish,meats,cheese....)
lots of great restaurants and cafe's all around neighborhood. At the end of the day, there was nothing better than coming back to Gracia and relaxing at one of the outdoor cafe's with a good book,
people watching and enjoying a Tinto de Verano (local summer drink!! highly recommend it!!) Thank you Sandro for being a wonderful Host!! We hope to be back!! Lisa -
Alessandro was a great host, very attentive. The apt is great, less than 10 min walk to metro, the neighborhood has plenty of places to eat and enjoy. Had all the ammenities needed.
