For us, the host is the most important service that we may offer you.
The host, is our visit card and the person who give you the welcome, explain you all the details about the place and finally guide you through the neighborhood.
All our places have the host waiting you!
The host, give you the keys, are the responsable for the collection and return of damage deposit and provide you all the services that you may contract...We are glad to offer our ZEN places.
We are availables from 09:00 am to 08:00 pm, if you need our services outside of these hours, the additional cost is:
Late check in: after 08:00pm (+50€)
Early check out: before 08:00am (+20€) / before 06:00am (+35€)
