My husband and I stayed at Alessandro’s loft for 9 days and it was a true five star experience. The loft is cosy and charming. It is quiet whilst in a lively neighborhood and in the middle of the center of Barcelona. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia, Park Guell etc. Perfect metro connection to Passeig de Gracia and Barceloneta. We spent much time in Gracia, we love this area, lots of little shops (an excellent bakery just in front), many places where to eat well or just spend your time living like a local. The loft looks exactly like in the pictures, really cute. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and shower are big and so are the kitchen and dining and living areas. During our stay, we had ideal temperature, but I guess that you won’t need much air conditioning even when it gets hotter, as the airing and exposition of the loft are perfect. The strongest part of the Alessandro’s place is the lovely terrace and his warm and professional support as a host. On our next trip to Barcelona, we’ll certainly come back!

Cute, Comfortable and Convenient! My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Alessandro’s place. We had not traveled to Barcelona before and found the location to be ideal. It was in a great neighborhood that was in easy walking distance to restaurants, markets, and bakeries making the stay comfortable and convenient. It is around the corner from a metro and Sandro supplies a map so it is incredibly easy to begin using it(the metro) immediately. From this stop it is possible to get anywhere in Barcelona in minutes. Thus you have the best of all worlds in my opinion; a neighborhood away from the crush of tourists but with easy access to many sites. The apartment is just as pictured and described. I found it absolutely perfect for two people but my friend and I like to have a bit of space. Alessandro met me upon my arrival, explained information and shared he was available and close by. He graciously called a cab for our departure that arrived perfectly on time. He was easy to contact and replied immediately. He shared information about restaurants that were close by as well as those that one might enjoy for a night out. The apartment also had guidebooks that could be referenced if you wanted. We would stay here again on a return trip. It was a very good experience.

This was our first experience of ZENBCN and to Barcelona and will not be the last! What an amazing first experience it has been - thank you!! We stayed for 3-nights and it was just perfect. We loved the apartment, it was super clean, tidy and loved the extra touches of toiletries, welcome pack and feeling like home! The beds were comfy and we loved the balcony for morning coffee and to relax before heading out. The location is brilliant with lots of places to eat fresh pastries, lots of easy to get to plazas with bars and food, lots of local restaurants and quick access to metro's to get into the main parts of the city. Overall, we've had the perfect break in such a lovely apartment, we wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you so much

Beautiful loft in a wonderful part of town. Lots of light, very comfortable and Alessandro was very accommodating. Left some fabulous restaurant recommendations and was always available when we needed him with random, tourist questions! Definitely made our vacation memorable!

Amazing chic space in a very local, trendy area. Great layout with a nice patio space. Excellent access to 2 key Metro stations and walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, bakeries, etc. Sandro was a great host, and very responsive when we needed to reach out to him. Would definitely stay again!

Great location - Very close to metro, places to eat, grocery, bars, community squares and local wine shop. Gracia is a great neighborhood to stay in and less touristy. Alessandro is very responsive and a great host. He took care of everything we requested and made our stay very comfortable. Clean Place - it is as shown in pictures, well stocked with utensils in kitchen. We had a 7 month old baby and found it very helpful to have the dishwasher, laundry and ability to cook at home sometimes.

This is a great place, in a good location. Alessandro met us at the door, had lots of suggestions for food etc. He was very quick to respond to emails during our stay about transportation. Apartment is quiet fully equipped and comfortable. Only caution might be to be aware that second bed is is an alcove, rather then in its own bedroom, but his notice did state that. Our daughter used it and said it was OK. All and all we highly recommend this listing.

A lovely little apartment and a nice quiet area of Barcelona, away from the main tourist area. There are plenty local shops and is just a 2 minute walk to an L4 metro and a 20min walk from Parc Güell, La Pedrera/Passeig de Gràcia and La Sagrada Familia and an L3 metro. The apartment features well needed air con but if you like sunbathing, the balcony is a nice sun trap, having sun for most of the day. The kitchen is well supplied (except food of course) and there are several small supermarkets (eg Lidl, Dia) and independent fruit/veg stores/bakeries etc if you like to stay in and cook your own food with local ingredients. If we came back to Barcelona, we’d hope to stay here again.

This was a great apartment for our stay in Barcelona. We loved being in the Gracia neighborhood. It was walkable to both Park Guell and Sagrada Familia and very close to the metro to get to other parts of the city. We were able to enjoy the patio during our stay, which was a great part of the space. Alessandro was quick to communicate and check in/out were very easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

Een leuk appartement om te verblijven met een leuke host. De gastheer is goed bereikbaar en communicatief. Hij geeft leuke tips. Het appartement ligt in een erg leuke buurt met veel locale bevolking. Vele leuke pleintjes waar het goed vertoeven is. Dit appartement is een echte aanrader. Badkamer behoeft een opknapbeurt, maar is goed te gebruiken. Voor een citytrip, een perfect verblijf.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandro's apartment in Gracia. It was very close to Joanic metro station and we found this to be a convenient way to travel around Barcelona. The apartment was very comfortable and Sandro recommended good restaurants to try in the area. He speaks good English and he is very helpful.

It`s a super cosy and friendly, quiet appartment, I really want to recommend. Especially, in combination with the Gracia neighbourhood it was a great place to stay in Barcelona. The appartment is located near to the station Joanic and so the city is easy to reach in all directions. We did a three generations family trip and all of us were very pleased with the appartment.

Amazing apartment! Less than a block from the public transport, great food just a walk away and beautiful shops. It was nice to be out of the city, but also have such easy access to all the sites of Barcelona! Alessandro is the perfect host, and his communication is fast and friendly. I would stay here anytime I come to Barca!

The apartment itself is lovely and Alessandro is friendly, helpful and very easy to contact. It is 2 mins walk from Joanic metro station and only 4 stops away on the same metro line to the Gothic Quarter, so really easy to get to central areas of the city, Las Ramblas etc. Some lovely local bars nearby as well as restaurants and shops - well worth exploring and feels friendly and safe. All in all, an excellent base to explore Barcelona. (Also, easy to get to and from airport just using metro.)

We stayed in Sandro's apartment in april 2017. We had opted for the driver option and was picked up at the airport and driven directly to the apartment - swift and smooth. The apartment is both neat, well equipped and quite spacious, and very bright with large windows in both ends and a window shaft in the middle. The area of Gracía was, for us, an ideal place to be, which was not particularly (=too) touristic, but still featured many nice places to eat and spend time - and within walking distance from e.g. Park Guell and Sagrada Familia. The flat is just next to Joanic metro station, so getting into the town was very easy. Sandro was easy to get a hold of for the questions we had and help we needed had also prepared a nice document outlying nearby restaurants and his recommandations. All in all, we were very happy with the apartment and Sandro and would recommend it to anyone going to Bcn

If you are looking to stay somewhere in Barcelona that is quiet, off the beaten path, and not full of tourists, this place is great. We stayed here for about a week, and everything worked out perfectly. The host was very helpful with getting us settled, providing recommendations about restaurants and things to do, and helping out with travel arrangements (such as scheduling an early morning taxi to the airport for our departure). We found the apartment to be exactly as advertised. Everything was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The outside porch was a plus to enjoy the nice weather in the morning and early evening. Although we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen is well-equipped if that's something you're interested in using. The location is superb. There are tons of shops, restaurants, and plazas within a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we really felt like we were living in the city as opposed to being surrounded by tourists in one of the busier areas of town. There is a subway stop less than a 5-minute walk away, so it was also convenient to quickly get anywhere in the city. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment for a great value in a quaint neighborhood in a phenomenal city. We very much enjoyed our trip and look forward to returning to Barcelona in the future.

Alessandro was really helpful right from the beginning, no matter what questions I had. The apartment was wonderful and the perfect place for our girls trip! The communication with him was no problem at all and even his family was there to help. I can only recommend Sandro as a host and his apartment in Barcelona. We will try to come back someday! Sandro was there to greet us when we arrived at 1am! Even though it was super late, he was friendly and explained everything in detail; we're very appreciative! :) Sandro's place is in the perfect location!! So close to everything, and a short cab ride away from the Gothic District. We very much enjoyed Mama's Café --- ate there pretty much every day! It's just a short 5 minute walk from the apartment. The Hop On & Hop Off Bus Tour is a must! It helps you see a lot of Barcelona without restricting you. Gothic Quarter was our favorite place to hang out (I love the old scenic buildings). We'll be back again as soon as we can! Thanks for letting us stay!

de tél. d'Alessandro pour nous rassurer avant notre arrivée. Grande dispo de sa part. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir laisser nos valises dans une consigne gratuite dès le matin avant de prendre notre
avion de retour en fin d'après-midi. Nous y avons rencontré Alessandro, très sympa! Quartier fantastique qui bouge, plein d'artiste, de boutiques à la décoration créative, de bons resto conseillés
par Alessandro et à des prix tout à fait abordables. Merci Alessandro -
Sandro was the perfect host, informative, friendly and helpful. The apartment is exactly as he describes and as nice as the photos, perfectly clean with comfortable beds and fresh towels. The
location is great, a village feel but only a 5 min tube away from the centre of town and the tube stop is 2 mins walk from the apartment. Lots of nice cafes and bars in the 'village' and Sandro gives
you a map to his favourites in his welcome pack. I would highly recommend and will come back here on our next trip to Barcelona -

This was a wonderful, slightly off-the-beaten-track home in the Gracia neighborhood. We loved that it was not in the touristy quarter, yet was right off the metro line (10 minutes to Sagrada Familia,
for example) and had plenty of options for food/drink/exploring, so we felt like we had a truly authentic experience. The home was comfy and plenty large enough for two couples and equipped with
everything we needed. Once during our stay the power went out in the building. Even though it was a block-wide issue, Alessandro and his team were immediately responsive to the problem and kept us
informed of when power would return (which was just a few hours when we were out anyways). -
A very nice appartment in a very nice neighborhood! The host is very kind and received a lot of information to visit the area.

Sandro, thank you for hosting us. We really enjoyed your apartment. All amenities were there and all in order. The area is less of a touristy area, which is great to get the feel for the real
Barcelona. Lots of little shops, cafés and restaurants around. You just need to go looking. Pharmacy, bakery, pizzeria. All in close vicinity. And Metro is close by, which was super convenient of
course. We enjoyed our stay. The shuttle transfer organized by Sandro to and from airport was very convenient and made us feel safer in the way knowing there is someone waiting :-) We would gladly
stay here again. -
We had the most enjoyable trip to Barcelona staying in Sandro's apartment. He was so welcoming and always prompt and available. He picked us up from the airport and scheduled our taxi for our early
morning flight home. The apartment is exactly as pictured online and had everything we could have ever needed. It is located perfectly to walk to almost every attraction, which we did. The
neighborhood is so wonderful and safe. It has a lovely park just up the street that our kids walked to in 1 minute every day and played. Was a huge plus. They loved it. We shopped for groceries at
the several neighborhood shops. There is a panderia for fresh bread and a fruit and vegetable shop right on the corner from the park which we loved. Sandro, was so kind, and warm and there whenever
we had questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We were a family of 4, with two children. Absolutely loved this apartment! You cannot go wrong with location or amenities! -

Wow, what a perfect host and a perfect place to spend out ten days in Barcelona. Sandro arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport and greeted us with a full tour of the apartment and how
everything worked. Sandro was very polite, efficient and professional in his orientation. The best thing is everything looked even better then the pictures, the flat was perfect for the four of us!
The front and or back terraces were awesome for a glass of wine after a busy day or coffee in the morning, the beds were beautiful, the kitchen was very functional. What we soon realized is the
Gracia district was the perfect choice for us. It had restaurants on every street, bakeries, grocery stores, and of course some quite little bars as well. It was peaceful however and not as busy as
some of the surrounding areas like El Born, Gottic etc. We felt very safe at night with many people out walking every evening going to restaurants. The other sweet spot was the subway station was
very close to our apartment and we used it everyday. It was super efficient and easy to use and made all our daily excursions easy. All in all The host Sandro, the apartment, and the area were
perfect. We had a great vacation in Spain and Sandro even arranged tickets for us to a FCBarcelona game! what an experience -
Gracia is a very nice neighborhood. There are a number of parks with playgrounds suitable for small children (or a dog) close to this apartment. We were there over the holiday so many shops were
closed. As we neared the end of the stay many cafes and restaurants were open and shops too. People were out Friday night very much enjoying themselves. Tapas in any of the lovely squares is an
authentic cultural experience! There are two grocery stores right down the street for cheap supplies. That said, it's worth heading to the Gracia market for fresh fruits and veg as well as meats and
fish if you like to cook. The utensils supplied are OK. Kind of cheap-o IKEA stuff, but we made do. The apartment has a very nice terrace that is in the trees. It was cooler in January, but I could
see how on warmer days this would be wonderful for a dinner outside. Overall this apartment is very close to the Yellow line Metro which heads straight for La Rambla and the beach. You can easily
catch a bus up the hill to Park Guell (and then walk down) or stroll to La Sagrada Familia or Casa Batllo. If you'd like to be in a less touristy area for night life/dinner etc, but still close to
the sights, this is a great location! We had Sandro pick us up at the airport. He helped us get orientated and answered our questions. For a family of four with luggage this service was a great value
and efficient. Sandro is a pro. -
This was one of the best experiences we ever had away from home... From the car service, the driver was very friendly and knew the city really well, to Sandro who was great in every sense of the
word... He was welcoming, diligent, flexible, would love to have stayed longer and looking forward for a return one day... The place is in a great location, makes you feel like a local in Barcelona,
full of local bars and restaurants, and a $4 euro cab ride to the most tourist areas... Thanks again and until next time... -
L'appartement est très sympa et situé dans un quartier que nous avons beaucoup apprécié (places animées, marché de la Libertat, café de la Nena...). Nous y avons passé de très bonnes nuits (pas de
bruit). Le métro est tout proche pour se rendre rapidement dans le centre de Barcelone. Les photos et le descriptif sont conformes à la réalité. Nous remercions Alessandro pour son accueil et sa

Sandro was a great host and his apartment was perfect for us. We took advantage of the shuttle service he provides, which made it really easy (and reasonable) to get from the airport to the
apartment. The apartment was well appointed and perfect for our needs - in a lovely neighbourhood and with easy links to the rest of the city. Sandro provided some great recommendations for places to
eat and drink in the Gracia barrio, and we were lucky enough to be there for the last night of the fiestas which was great fun. All in all, I can't recommend Sandro, the apartment or the
neighbourhood more - hopefully we'll be back! -

Sandro was an excellent host. He was flexible and helped us to settle in quickly. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and Sandro was available
to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this apartment if you are going to Barcelona to explore the city. If you are just going to stay at the beach everyday, it is a little bit farther out
than ideal, but it is easy to jump on the metro and travel 15 mins. The area is quiet and away from the main tourist spots, which we liked. This apartment is great for families or groups of friends. -
Our host Sandro was very welcoming and showed us around the apartment and all the features. We were amazed at the spaciousness and delighted in having two balconies, both of which we made full use
of. The neighbourhood was quiet and with many amenities such as Tapas restaurants, supermarkets and a good bakery all within 5-10 mins walk away was ideal. The metro station Joanic was only 3-4 mins
walk away providing an easy transit to the centre of Barcelona.Special thanks to Sandro for his speedy communications and organising the faultless airport transfers with Alex coming and himself going
- well recommended as a stress free introduction to Barcelona. -
Sandro foi bastante gentil durante todo a viagem, esclarecendo todas as minhas dúvidas antes e durante a viagem. Ficamos em três no apartamento (na verdade parece uma casa mesmo) e gostamos bastante.
É amplo e confortável. Tudo correu muito bem exceto por alguns pequenos detalhes. O ar condicionado era BEM fraco e não dava conta de uma casa tão grande. Não pegamos o alto verão e já sofremos um
pouco, então imagino que em julho seja difícil aguentar. Quarto e banheiros sem chave. No mais, tudo maravilhoso! O bairro de Gracia é ótimo, bem residencial, tranquilo. Sandro nos deixou algumas
dicas de mercadinhos e restaurantes nos arredores e pudemos conhecer melhor a cozinha catalã por preços razoáveis (não turísticos). Se você for viajar em três ou mais pessoas, recomendo! Se for em
casal, a casa é BEM grande -

We were absolutely satisfied. We stayed with 4 people in the apartment and arrived at different days (therefore the planning was a bit more challenging, but on every email that I wrote, every request
that I had, Sandro answered within the hour and he came personally to hand over the keys on our arrival). The apartment was nice, clean and cosy - enough room for 4 people with a big dining table,
two big sofas, a terrace and two big comfortable beds (suitable also for discerning sleepers). The appartment is conviently located in a not too touristy but lively neighbourhood close to a subway
that takes you to the beach and city centre in less than ten minutes. We even could leave our luggage in the apartment after the offical check-out time to do some more sightseeing before leaving to
the airport. Me and my familiy had a great stay and warmly recommend Sandros place to everyone who visits Barcelona. -

Das schöne Appartment liegt nahe an einer Metro-Station von der aus man schnell überall hinkommt. Das Appartment ist hell, freundlich und modern eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist einfach super - wir
haben auch seinen persönlichen Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen zum Appartment in Anspruch genommen - da fühlt man sich sofort wohl!! -
Die Wohnung war sauber, freundlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist gut; Metro, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in nächster Umgebung. Sandro hat uns bei
der Ankunft alles erklärt und stand uns immer zur Verfügung. Der Abholdienst vom Flughafen war perfekt! Alex hat uns auf dem Weg gleich einige Sehenswürdigkeiten gezeigt und nützliche Infos gegeben. -
