The appartment is very well located, with many nice restaurants, supermarkets, and stores, I love organic and vegan stuff and it was super easy to find everything around.. We spent one week there and only took a taxi once! Very nice staying and I will be back in the spring/summer for sure. Alessandro was super nice and met us for an early check in, since we came from USA and our flight arrived at 8:40 am My son and I really loved the wonderful energy of Barcelona and the spot is awesome!

Un véritable plaisir cet appartement . J’ai aimé le charme d’un appartement typique espagnol avec la vue sur les persiennes et balcons des voisins. Très pratique et douillet et aussi très bien placé . Nous avons tout fait à pied . Je remercie l’accueil agréable.

We enjoyed our stay in Gracia. A bit less touristed than the Gothic quarter. Allesandro was most helpful with quick replies, especially when we came in a day early at the last minute. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with all kitchen necessities. Very nice to have the option of bag storage for later departures

I fell in love with the city, and this zen place was the finishing touches. It’s location is perfect. Walking distance to everything. Delicious food around the block. I felt safe walking around at night from the local bars. The place had everything we needed. Extra paper towels and toilet paper. I will be returning. I loved it! Thank you so much for everything. Me and my family loved it.

We had a great time at Alessandro's place. The location was great, in a nice neighbourhood and we could walk to almost all attractions we wanted to visit. Checkin was easy, they provided us with a map and some tips and suggestions. All in all we would recommend staying there. Thanks

This was the perfect location in lovely Gràcia and the apartment was perfect for the three of us. Comfortable beds, great shower, and close to excellent coffee, shops, etc. We were also glad to use Sandro’s door-to-door pickup service from the airport which made it really easy to find the apartment.

Si comme moi, vous aimez les choses sobres et belles, allez chez Alessandro, tout y ai beau, fonctionnel, délicat. Alessandro est charmant, efficace pour changer ce qui a besoin de l'être. Ex; : nous lui avons signalé la cafetière cassée, il est allez dans l'heure nous en acheter une autre. Pour pouvoir visiter le PALAU DE LA MUSICA, nous devions quitté l'appartement à 11h, il nous a gardé les bagages jusqu'à 13h et sommes partis prendre notre avion sans stress. Merci, Alessandro. sans cette arrangement nous ne pouvions pas visiter ce endroit magnifique. Il est de bon conseil pour vous aider trouver ce dont vous avez besoin dans la vie quotidienne. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, les lits sont parfaits et il n'y a pas de bruit. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.

The apartment was exactly as described and it was fantastic! Location was great and on a quiet street. We felt very safe. Our host Alessandro was so helpful. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Barcelona!

Appartement tout à fait conforme à la description. Parfait jusqu'à 4 personnes. accueil impeccable, références d'excellents restos dans les environs immédiats. Probablement le meilleur quartier pour résider à Barcelone. Avons eu un problème de clés, très bonne réactivité d'Alesandro....

Appartement très bien situé dans Barcelone et conforme à sa description. Alessandro est très réactif et notre accueil à 1h30 du matin un mercredi s'est vraiment très bien passé (taxi et remise des clés). L'appartement est très calme quelque soit l'heure de la journée. Il y a une chambre parental et deux chambres pour les enfants qui sont très fonctionnelles. Une petite déception sur le lave-linge qui ne marchait plus ce qui pour certain ne pose pas vraiment de problème mais nous voyageons léger et comptons sur cet équipement.

The apartament is just like it shows in the pictures. Obviously it's not a new apartment and some details may need an update but nothing that disturbs or keeps you from enjoying your stay. The beds are very clean, confortable, the AC works well, the kitchen well equiped. We travelled to Barcelona by car and the apartment has it's own garage, which was great (it adds to the price but it's less expensive and closer than leaving the car in a parking). All in all, very good value for money. The apartment is very easy to find and Alessandro was there waiting for us when we arrived. He is super nice and very helpfull. Thanks a lot Alessandro. The neighborhood is very quiet and central. Very good restaurants of all kinds of prices all around and really close. Also bakeries, supermarkets and even a traditional market very close. Close to the metro, to the Sagrada Familia and the Sant Pau Hospital (we easily walked to both from the apartment). Definitelly would stay again and recomend it.

Great apartment in a cozy, quiet part of Barcelona. Nice walking distance to the grocery store and metro! Really close to Sangrada Familia. 10/10 recommend!

Abbiamo passato 4 notti da Alessandro... eravamo tre adulti di cui una persona anziana. Ottima posizione in quartiere tranquillo ma ricco di bar, ristoranti e rivendite di ogni cosa. Due fermate del Metro a pochi minuti, bus e taxi a volontà. Appartamento come da annuncio, confortevole e situato in una strada secondaria priva di traffico. Alessandro è persona Gentile, Puntuale e Professionale. Ottimo nella comunicazione e presente per qualsiasi necessità.

This was our first ZENBCN experience and it was very good. The neighborhood was great - very "local", quiet, interesting and yet very close to everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and even shops very close by. Sandro and his sister gave us a nice list of local restaurants and bars and helped us whenever we needed anything. I would highly recommend his place - it's perfect for a couple. More people might be crowded unless it's one or two young kids.

We stayed here as a family and we all really enjoyed our time here. Our host enabled our smooth arrival and was available very near by. We were welcomed by Lorena full of smiles even though our plane was late and she gave us a tour of the apartment. Over the stay she and Alessandro gave us all the information we wanted and happily gave us advice and ensured we had a fantastic stay . The apartment is light and airy and we could open the windows and hear the lovely bustle of life all around. No view but it meant we spent time sitting outside instead. Gracia is a lovely area to stay, it is calm and slightly off the beaten track. Every turn we took brought us another surprise depending on what time of day it was and there was always something going on in the squares. We had to adapt quickly to the hours they keep as everyone disappears between about 1 and 4 but it extends the day when you only have a short break. Gracia was also a good base to set off into the city in all directions. Next time I think I would get a Barcelona card but we used bikes (best way), feet and the occasional taxi. The children commented on the different way of life and how everyone lives behind a small door onto the street, so different to residential layout in Britain. Barcelona is a great place for a teenage family. Very sociable, great for food for everyone, don't miss the fantastic markets. Would stay here again on another trip.

Nous étions attendus et cela s'est vu dès le départ par la qualité de nos échanges avant d'arriver et ensuite la qualité de l'accueil. Nous avons étés accueillis chaleureusement, notre appartement
était éclairé et cozy comme si nous arrivions chez nous.... Anecdote: une fête de village se déroulait le lendemain et nus avons reçu un texto pour nous en infirmer ! Belle attention. -

host, providing us with a good guide with his recommendations and locations of the metro. We got into Barcelona earlier than out check in time and Sandro kindly offered to let us drop off our bags at
his office nearby so we could explore the area before check in. Thanks Sandro for a great stay in Barcelona! -

Me my husband and our two kids stayed at this apartment for 1 week and all I can say is: it was really really great! This was our first time using ZENBCN and after this first impression it really
impressed me. Alessandro was very welcoming and even offered his shuttle service to pick us up from the airport. It was just about a 30 minute drive or even less to the apartment. The apartment
itself was very clean and very comfortable :) We really enjoyed staying at this place. Its near the train station which was easily accessible. The neighborhood is very quiet. We really felt like it
was our own home. We were able to cook our own meals because you had all the utensils you needed. All in all it made our vacation just better with this apartment. 100% recommendable! Thanks again

We very much enjoyed our stay in Gracia. The apartment is in a nice residential neighborhood, within a short walk of the metro station. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was roomy, and
comfortable and everything was in good working condition. Plenty of hot water for showers. The air-conditioning was refreshing and welcome after long days of walking and sightseeing. Sandro always
responded very quickly to any questions we had before and during the trip. He arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport. Well, we were delayed for an extra hour by long lines at
immigration and baggage claim. Sandro had tried to get in touch with us, but we had a problem initially getting our cell phones to work in Spain. Nonetheless, we finally got through to the exit and
there was our driver, still waiting for us, no problem! And he even gave us a helpful orientation to the city, and recommendations of sights to see on our way to the apartment. Sandro made the extra
effort to ensure that we enjoyed our stay, and we would be happy to stay here again on our next visit. -

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille ( nous sommes un couple avec 2 enfants de 4 et 2 ans). L'appartement est très bien situé, à 2 pas du marché de l'Albaceria et à 5 minutes à pied du
métro Verdaguer. L'appartement est bien équipé avec machines à laver linge/vaisselle, et tout pour cuisiner! Sandro, notre hôte est très sympathique et à l'écoute: il nous a même organisé nos
transferts aéroport et nous a prêté un lit bebe pour notre fils: nous recommandons! -

comfortable and in a very convenient position for any attraction in the city. very nice experience and absolutely recommandable! -
Sono stata a ZENBCN per 4 notti con tre amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è proprio come nelle foto, in un quartiere abbastanza centrale, ci si può muovere a piedi ma nel caso anche la
fermata dei taxi è molto vicina. L'unico difetto della casa è che ha solo due finestre aperte sull'esterno, mentre quelle delle due camere singole e del bagno affacciano su spazi ciechi. Alessandro è
stato molto disponibile, ci ha messo a disposizione un comodo servizio taxi per raggiungere la casa dall'aeroporto a soli 29€, e il giorno della partenza, sebbene il check out dovesse avvenire entro
le 11, ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie nell'appartamento fino alle 13 permettendoci di girare per la città fino all'ultimo. La città è stupenda e se dovessi tornarci, sceglierei nuovamente la
casa di Alessandro. -
L'appartement était tout a fait fidèle aux photos. Alessandro a été très prévenant et très disponible (heure d'arrivée tardive suite a un retard de 3h d l'avion et départ matinal). Nous y avons
séjourné a 4 et avons passé un agréable séjour. A conseiller sans hésitation! -
Un piso increiblemente cómodo con todos las accesorios que se necesitan para pasar unos días. Todo recien reformado y con muebles muy nuevos: cocina, cuarto de baño, dormitorios y salón. A pesar de
estar en el barrio de Gracia donde hay mucho movimiento el piso era totalmente silencioso ya que las ventanas dan al patio de vecinos. Las camas eran muy nuevas y se dormía muy bien. Si es posible,
alquilaremos este piso la próxima vez que estemos en Barcelona. -

Alessandro is a great host, he arranged everything we needed, was always there to answer all our questions !:) He also arranged our transfers, which was really convenient and let us stay until 15.00
on the last day, so we could visit a bit more before taking the plane. The apartment was quiet, in a nice area, full of restaurants, bars and metro. It is on the 2nd floor with the lift, which is a
plus when you travel with kids. We stayed 5 days with a 6 year old and we had an awesome time in Barcelona - thanks again Alessandro! -

est idéale, au coeur de Gracia, tout est à distance pédestre...chaudement recommandé. -
We had a nice time at Sandro's apartment and he met us personally and showed us around which is always nice. We were three adults and a child and the flat worked well for us. Air conditioning was a
blessing! Sandro also booked us dinner at a local restaurant which was excellent (Pepatomate) and they recognised a birthday in our party by way of a piece of cake with candle and three glasses of
cava. Very nice stay in all -
L appartement correspond en tous points aux photos et aux descriptifs. Il est situé a 10 min du métro a pied et le quartier est calme et agréable. Nous étions 4 adultes et un enfant ( de 7 ans)- l
appartement est parfaitement adapté L hôte ( Alex ) nous a parfaitement accueilli, chaleureux, a l écoute, ponctuel et de bons conseils . Nous sommes arrivés un samedi après-midi et comme nous n
avions qu un seul jeux de clefs - Alex nous a fait refaire un double des le lundi matin. Je ne peux que recommander cet appartement pour une découverte de Barcelone -
Alessandro a été très disponible et joignable rapidement. Le logement est super sympa ( joli bien équipe et pratique) : nous sommes 4 dont deux enfants de 3 et 6 ans. Le quartier est calme ce qui est
appréciable pour se reposer de longues marches et visite mais non loin à pied de la carrer diagonal, de la familia sagrada etc Nous sommes partis le jour du marché qui avait l air vraiment bien . Je
retournerais sans problème dans ce logement. -

Très belle semaine à Barcelone. Sandro est très accueillant, disponible et très sympathique. L'appartement est calme, agréable et très propre. La literie est confortable. Dommage que les petites
chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure mais la grande chambre et le séjour sont très lumineux. Le quartier est agréable avec de nombreux commerces, un parking à proximité dans lequel nous garions
notre voiture. Il est assez proche de la Sagrada familia et du parc Güell. Bilan très positif. -

La experiencia fue extraordinaria, era la primera vez que alquilábamos un apartamento a través de ZENBCN y hemos salido completamente satisfechos. En mi caso me acompañaban mis padres que quedaron
encantados. La ubicación es excepcional, en pleno barro de Gracia pero sin bullicio ni ruido, muy bien comunicado y con todo tipo de facilidades. Alessandro se comportó como un auténtico anfitrión
ofreciendo todo tipo de ayuda, incluso nos mandó un coche con nuestras maletas para no tener que llevarlas el último día. Por supuesto que repetiré está experiencia y la recomiendo con creces. -
La experiencia con Sandro fue muy buena, excelente anfitrión. El piso cumplía las expectativas en cuanto a localización, diseño y limpieza. Repetiría sin dudarlo!

We stayed at this Zen flat for 2 nights, the flat was clean, towels were provided, Alessandro picked us up from the airport, he was very helpful he explained to us how to get to the places we wanted
to visit and was ready to answer any queries we had.
The flat is less than a 5 minute walk from the metro. -
Sandro was a wonderful host and we spent some really nice days in Barcelona in this very cozy apartment, thanks a lot!
