We had a great stay at Sandro’s flat! It was in a great neighborhood. We felt safe and the flat gave us lots of space to unwind. We particularly loved the patio and greeted the day with a coffee, on that patio! Loved the location and neighborhood of Gracia! Hope to be back soon!

Sandro’s apartment in the Gracia area of Barcelona is a great base to explore the city. Not only are you nearby plenty of surrounding mass transit spots but there’s great restaurants, grocery stores, and shops as well. The apartment comes fully stocked with supplies to make your own meals and clean clothes, and it’s warm an inviting to hang out in after a long day. Especially cool are the 2 balconies that look out on the surrounding city. Highly recommended!

We loved staying here. The apartment was the perfect size for a couple - never felt cramped, plenty of room to read on the terrace and relax. So great that it has a tub - loved taking a steamy bath at the end of the day. Alessandro was so nice - he met us when we arrived even though our flight was delayed, and helped us store our luggage. Really thoughtful tips on checkin and we felt very safe and looked after. Strongly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay here (two adults). The apartment is the perfect size and we loved the neighborhood it was located in, not in the thick of the tourist crush but vibrant, and with a grocery store and wonderful fresh market close by, as well as food and coffee. The two terraces were so nice to enjoy coffee or just a relaxing moment. Many areas of interest within a 15 minute walk or so. 3 metro stops within 10 minutes one way or another. A stroll down the middle of pretty Passeig de Sant Joan nearby will take you past fountains, sculptures, etc. to a large park, the zoo, and (eventually) the beach. Sandro was super helpful with questions, transport, and quick to respond to any request. He let us leave a large amount of luggage from a 2 week cruise in his office while we waited for check in, and arranged for us to get in a bit early. We'd definitely stay again!

Alessandro was very responsive to all our needs. He met us at the apartment, showed us how the systems in the unit operated, and went over his information packet which included restaurants in the neighborhood and throughout Barcelona. Later in the day, when we discovered the electric coffee pot didn't work, Alessandro was there with a new one within an half an hour. Impressive. The place was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and great hot shower. We also enjoyed being on the terrace. We appreciated the arranged shuttle service to and from the airport. Alessandro also allowed us to store our luggage at his nearby office before our afternoon flight. A nice service that allowed us to extend our visit in the city. This is a great location in a lovely neighborhood with convenient good restaurants, grocery markets, bakeries within short walking distances. The Old City and several other sites were within walking distance and/or close to several metro stations We would highly recommend Alessandro's place for a Barcelona stay!

This space is AMAZING. Very nice bedroom with private patio, comfortable couches in the living space, and a great kitchen area. The best part of all though is the additional patio/rooftop deck just of the kitchen. We used this space twice daily for breakfast and wine in the evenings. Sandro is a great host, who communicates quickly and is ready to help whenever and wherever you need him. Will most definatly stay here again when we return to Barcelona

We recommend this apartment to everyone. Not only because the location, the nice space or the cleanliness is because Sandro is an outstanding hosts. He help us to handle a few things and it was reachable. Sandro even lend to our son a balance bike and it was a blast! You can't miss the amazing terrace and the quiet street in an neighborhood that is close to everything. We walked to our destination the 80% of the time. The apartment is very family friendly too. This is definitely a nice choice if you visit Barcelona.

The flat was exactly how described. Really nice, clean, sunny with a great terrace. The location in Gracia is perfect and Alessandro was a great host with good tips for the surrounding and always reachable. It even was no problem to check in more early, and check out more late. I can just recommend the flat and would definetely book it again.

What a magnificent apartment!! My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights for a short holiday in Barcelona and we both LOVED this apartment. The location is fantastic, close to everything but down a quiet side ally so you get the convenience of being near shops, metro and other fun but not all the cars, noise etc. The TWO terraces were incredible! We loved having wine on the main terrace after a long day and eating our breakfast outside, definitely the highlight of this amazing apartment. The kitchen has all that you need to do light cooking and the living room, bedroom and bathroom were all just as described and incredibly comfortable. The host is incredibly communicative and flexible. We unfortunately had a late flight and arrived around midnight but there was someone to greet us and show us the flat! We would absolutely love to stay here again- we have both stayed in Airbnb's a lot and this was by far our favorite experience. Thanks Alessandro!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The terrace is a wonderful place to relax with a glass of wine. The wifi speed was great. We loved having the washing machine available and Sandro even provides laundry detergent. There are 3 metro stops within 5-10 minutes of the apartment which made it easy getting to different parts of the city. It is walkable to the old town but will take 45 minutes or so. There is also a stop for the hop on/hop off bus nearby, which is a nice way to get a feel for the city. If you want to stay outside of the main tourist area but still have everything accessible to you, this is the place!

As all the other reviews have said Sandro's apartment is terrific. It's cozy, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. We were away from the hectic tourist areas but still could walk almost anywhere in around 30-40 minutes. And there's a couple of Metro stops within a few minutes walk so when we got lazy we could just use the train. The neighborhood is amazing, with some incredible restaurants within a few minutes walk, and markets that sell fish so fresh their eyes follow you as you walk around. The apartment has everything you need for a fun stay and when the wifi stopped working Sandro came over within a few minutes to fix it. He was a great host and made everything so easy. I would absolutely go back to this apartment next time I'm in Barcelona. And I'm definitely going back to Barcelona.

This was a surprise trip for my family and we all loved it. Our kids are 4 years old and 15 months old and both loved the flat and specially the terrace where we had dinner. I wanted to be in Gracia as there are many kid friendly restaurants and is also less busy than the centre but staying in this flat made the whole experience better as everything was a short walk away. It made discovering this part of barcelona very easy. Check-in was on time and Sandro waited for us outside and gave us a quick tour of the space and a few tips of the area. He's a great host and was always available to answer any questions we had. I'd love to stay here again next time we come to Barcelona.

Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe von netten Bars und Restaurants im netten Stadtteil Gracia gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigt haben. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandro war immer unkompliziert.

Sandro is super nice and thoughtful. I booked this flat for my parents and unfortunately their English isn't very good. Though he was super nice and kind so my parent was even impressed by his amazing host. Flat was brilliant for them, especially they spent so good time at terrace. Thank you Sandro again. You made my parents good memory in Barcelona.

The best thing about this place is its location. It's in the heart of the most Catalan and authentic part of Barcelona. There are many great bars, shops and galleries around but the street where the flat is located is very quiet. The flat itself is very comfortable and nice. We had all we needed. Every evening we spent on a huge terrace with a glass of wine enjoying the city view. The place is about 10 min from the metro with many supermarkets around. We enjoyed our stay very much and surely recommend it

We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks. The apartment is very nice, exactly like on pictures. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom. It also has 2 nicely furnitured terraces (entrance to a bigger one from the living room, and to a smaller one from the bedroom). Absolutely quiet!! The house is located on the tiny street with no traffic. This is great! Food store big and good is just 1 min walk. The local market is also very close with great selection of everything. The area is very nice, with cozy streets, full of bars and restaurants and shops. But at the same time very quiet and nice to walk. Subway stations (3) 10 - 15 minutes walk. You can walk to many places of interest by foot. Alessandro met us personally on arrival and showed us around. He also prepared for us some useful information, maps etc, gave hints regarding local restaurants. Sandro was very attentive to all our needs and assisted us with everything we asked for very quickly. I do recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to live in Barcelona and get experience of staying an a very authentic area not so full of tourists and over crowded as Bario Gotico. We enjoyed it a lot and will certainly come back if decide to visit Barcelona once again.

Отличная квартира в отличном районе. Тихий центр с маленькими улочками и милыми кафе. Все есть в пешей доступности: магазин, местный небольшой рынок, кафе, бары, рестораны, детские площадки. Сама квартира очень удобная, есть все необходимое. Алессандро был очень внимателен, помог нам с такси в аэропорт и обратно, а также порекомендовал отличные места для ужинов и завтраком. Очень рекомендую

This is a wonderful apartment! The terrace's are by far the best feature, but the location is excellent as well! The kitchen is updated, nice, and spacious. The rooms are beautifully decorated and it is a very cozy feeling apartment. The wifi worked perfectly, the apartment was extremely clean when we arrived, and Sandro was EXCELLENT at communication. We got lost looking for the apartment (we blame Google maps! Make sure you click open Google Maps from the airbnb page and DO NOT copy and paste the address in Google Maps the first time you search for the apartment) and Sandro was so kind a flexible when we ended up arriving an hour later than our decided check-in time! Sandro also leaves a nice welcome packet that tells you everything from how far the metro station is from the apartment to the history of the neighborhood. I would defiantly stay here again if I am ever back in Barcelona again!

If you want to get to know the REAL Barcelona, this is the place to stay at. Not at the center of all the hustle and bustle, but clean, quiet, and secure. And you will not find a more comfortable and spacious terrace. For all the space and amenities, a wonderful value.

My wife and I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment during our stay in Barcelona for our honeymoon! Alessandro was responsive leading up to our visit. Though he wasn't available to meet us when we arrived, he arranged for his associate Lorena to meet us and show us around the apartment. They also provided us with a number of recommendations for food and activities in the city. The apartment is on a quiet street conveniently situated in the middle of Gràcia, with easy access to all the great cafes, restaurants, and bars in the area. There are three Metro stops close by, each about a 10 minute walk away. The apartment itself is very cozy, with great terraces and a comfortable living room for lounging. We especially loved how the sun and fresh air poured into the rooms during the daytime when we had the terrace doors open. The bedroom is a little tight (to be expected for city living), and the double bed was comfortable. The wifi connection was strong in the apartment. Alessandro's office is just a couple blocks away, so you can easily reach him if you need anything.

actually you dont need to visit Barcelona by the tram or bus. We saw everything what everybody should see in BCN and it was easy to get - walking distance. Barvora - Allessandro colleague - was very
nice and helpfull, she was waiting for us at night with smile and many informations which were important for this few days in BCN. Really reccommend!!!!! -
We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights, two adults and a child, and couldn't hope for a better place. It's indeed sunny, clean, fully equipped and has great terrace. Perfectly located close enough
to the center, and yet, out of the noisy tourist area. The metro station is within few minutes walk, and so are some restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. Sandro arranged transportation from the
airport, which was very convenient, and was very helpful since the beginning of the reservation and during the whole stay. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone. -
This apartment was just perfect to what we wanted for our first family holiday with an 8month old baby. A very quiet area, but convenient to shops, metro and within reach of the diagonal main
thoroughfare to catch a taxi. It had a real feel of a local community and we enjoyed the experience of visiting a local food market. The apartment itself felt like home. The kitchen was well
equipped, even with a blender to prepare baby food. It was very clean and tidy. Bath towels nice and soft. Bed really comfy and a cot for our baby who slept well too. The host was always quick to
answer queries and was there to meet us, even though our plane was delayed about an hour. It had a few books about Barcelona, which was handy too and a welcome pack with basic info. Would recommend
this appartment and would stay again. -
Alessandro's listing is as beautiful as it appears in the photos. It is bright, comfortable and gorgeously decorated. The highlight for me was the two terraces where you can chill out on a sunny day.
The listing is very quiet too and I slept really well during my stay there. Alessandro was also a great host and organised transport to and from the airport for me. He was also quick to respond to
any questions. Thanks for everything! -
There is something amazing about Gracia and the people that live there. We can only imagine that Sandro is from this amazing area as he, like the residents, is super nice, easy going, and made us
feel at home in the bustling city of Barcelona. Apartment / Residence Airport pickup arranged by Sandro direct to the apartment (woo-hoo) didn't have to take metro in with all our luggages). Great
location in the heart of Gracia. 7min walk to Verdaguer metro. 2 min walk to amenities (groceries, toiletries, etc.) if that. Apartment is extremely cozy and like Sandro provided in his detailed
printout welcome package, we made it our home. Fully functional kitchen, separate to living room, bathroom (with tub), and bedroom. We loved the balcony and did do our laundry making use of the 2nd
balcony by hanging out clothes to dry. Bedroom was comfortable, the bed was great and did not feel used or worn in. Ample outlets to charge everything. As well as lamps and lighting throughout the
apartment. Cable tv was a nice addition (except las novelas...haha). Couches big and comfortable. We expected them to be used and so in turn, we used them fully. I don't believe we had any bad
experiences and are grateful that Sandro keeps and maintains a top notch place like this. Lastly, the wifi is great. We had a laptop, iPad, and 2 iPhones all on with no issues. Mind the password
however...it took a bit of time to figure that one out. Did we forget elevators...yes elevators. 100% would recommend. We will be coming back with more family and will be contacting Sandro again to
check on availability of his other units. Thank you to Sandro and Gracia for making our honeymoon in Barcelona an unforgettable one.. -
We loved this apartment, the light, the space, the terrace. All v good taste, including art, and Paul, the young man who checked us in, was perfectly charming. We love this area and wanted to stay
here to get to know it a little better. A perfect place to do so. Great, friendly, bike rental around the corner. Great places to eat nearby, though we cooked and ate on our lively terrace most
nights. Sandro and team responded immediately and helpfully if there was any problem. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others, Kate and Adam -

Les clims sont également intéressantes. Le quartier est très calme. Le 15 AOÛT est la fête du quartier,à ne pas rater!

You could not find a better host than Sandro. quick to respond to emails/texts, he made the whole booking process a breeze. He was there to meet us when we checked in, and was easy to reach during
the entire duration of our stay. I loved that he is very professional in his dealings with us but very personable as well. He came to say goodbye on our last day even if he had already given us
checkout instructions the night before. The apartment is located in the quieter part of the city. Not touristy, laid back, charming part of Barcelona. It was our refuge from all the hustle bustle of
downtown Barcelona and all the touristy activities that filled most of our days. The apartment is as described. Well appointed. Clean. Charming. The beds, comfortable. The bathroom has a tub which is
a luxury in most of Europe and has lots of counter space. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in this apartment and in Barrio Gracia. Although, part of us wish that Barrio Gracia will remain a hidden
gem. It would be sad to see it overrun by tourists and losing its charm. -

Super séjour à Barcelone dans un appartement douillet, propre, confortable, calme, joli et très bien équipé. Idéal pour ceux qui veulent profiter de l’animation de Barcelone et rentrer se reposer et
dormir au calme. Literie confortable. Belle terrasse sur les toits dont nous avons malheureusement peu profité car nous partions toute la journée. Mais quel bonheur de s’y poser en rentrant le soir
pour l’apéritif. L’appartement se situe dans Gracia, quartier tranquille et sympa. Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin juste à côté de l’appartement (supérettes, boulangeries, marché…). Je
vous conseille le service navette proposé par Alessandro pour venir de l’aéroport jusqu’à l’appartement. Cela évite le stress et en plus nous avons pu bénéficier, au cours du trajet, de quelques
tuyaux sympas pour notre séjour, de la part d’Alex le chauffeur. Bref, vous pouvez réserver chez Alessandro les yeux fermés. Aucune déception pour nous, nous sommes enchantés !!! -

The apartment had a perfect location! Very central in the heart of Gracia, but still a close walk to the city area. Everything went smooth with Alessandro who was very nice. The apartment was super
clean, fresh and had everything you could need, it was a bit smaller then what we expected though. I truly recommend you to rent this lovely apartment with such a great location! -
Sandro picked us up at the station himself so we had no trouble finding the place. He came bearing matches as soon as we told him we had trouble turning on the stove. The place itself was great,
managed to have one breakfast on the terrace, which was amazing. Lots of things to see around the place. -

This lovely apartment has everything you need to feel at home. Comfortably large enough for the 3 adults on our trip. We had breakfast coffee and late night wine on the quiet patio. Just a few blocks
walk to metro and 15 mins from Sagrada Familia. We're glad we chose this quiet perfectly located Gracia spot for our first trip to Barcelona and would return here anytime. Thank you Sandro for
